So I had a problem with a jacket I received for christmas. Upon hearing this, the customer service offered me to send a new jacket free of charge. It's rare for companies to go to such lengths in order for the customer to be satisfied. Great job !

I ordered the jacket in November hoping to get it around Christmas, unfortunately it didn't arrive in time but it finally arrived in early January. The customer feedback was quick to reply to emails asking for order updates, and the quality of the jacket is wonderful. I'll definitely back back for another soon. Can't rush quality especially if it's made to order, so be patient people. Good things come to those that wait.

The jacket is quality. Nice fit and finish. I had mine custom tailored and you caught the mistake I made in tailoring. I felt the zipper does not flow like I thought a quality zipper would. Nice heavy leather. Fit and finish is quality

Great jacket, ordered the wrong size and shipped it back at my own expense, the customer service was fantastic, the day they revived the jacket I got an email asking for my measurements so they could make sure the next jacket would fit, I let him know I wanted a size bigger because it was just too small. Plus I added my measurements like he asked. The next day I got An email saying it was being sent to the trailer to be made. About 2 weeks later I received my jacket, it’s great quality, nicely maze and it came super quick! I appreciate your customers service!

I'm tall with extra long arms :+{ Never having bought anything online that fit I was not anticipating to purchase, a rep from Jacketmaker reached out and asked my measurements and then advised a good size to try and assured me I would be refunded if it didn't work. Amazingly he was on point and the jacket was almost perfect. The quality of the leather is outstanding, soft & supple. Don't hesitate, deliver is a little longer than expected but worth the wait. Company reps stayed with me thru whole process.

Jacket seems to be excellent quality and the custom size fits very nicely was a little confused with the zipper being a lefty instead of on the right hand side! Would certainly recommend you to friends!

I had first ordered a jacket last fall from the TJM catalog selections, which my son ended up really loving (great fit) so I gave it to him with the thought I wanted a similar but lighter weight jacket in a different color. The collar on this first jacket was also a little bigger than I wanted. So with these thoughts in mind, I ordered a custom jacket in a brown-tone (TJM gave me many brown-tone options) but with a plain lining (no quilted insulation) and a smaller collar - and with my measured sizes. While Customer Service had not set my expectations for delivery particularly well (thus the 4 stars instead of 5), and the process was longer than I hoped (8 weeks order-to-door), the custom jacket is a work of art, beautifully made, both lining and outer shell, and is wonderfully fun to wear. And it fits perfectly. All told an extraordinary value. I am genuinely thrilled.
