My jacket arrived today. I just put it on and am still wearing it as I type this. An unsolicited review: This jacket is spectacular. The fit is perfect; paying extra to have it made-to-measure was very worthwhile. The quality of the leather is very good, details are perfect, and the craftsmanship is flawless. I own three other leather jackets/coats, as expensive as $700. This jacket from The Jacket Maker is the best. And... All of The Jacket Maker's service and correspondence was timely, accurate, and delivered by a human being authentic in the moment. The transaction and arrival date happened exactly as described with good status updates. Contact and the internet site are intuitive and user friendly. Would I refer The Jacket Maker to my closest friend? Easily.

This Jacket is pretty great. I love the length and the fit and mostly I love how cozy it is. It keeps me warm, looks great and is soft and luxurious. I am thinking about getting another one in a different style….because if it’s this good, why not?

I ordered ionic leather jacket, it took 10 working days to be shipped and took 1 day to delivered on my location. The quality is amazing, simple and classy jacket. Where do I begin? Well everything was amazing. The ordering process was very simple, and I had many questions along the way but they never hesitated to respond timely and they didn't seem to get annoyed with my endless emails at all. My order was a custom order and they took extra care to follow up with me and make sure my measurements were correct. When my jacket arrived, it was perfect. Everything about it is perfect. I am going to be a repeat customer!

The initial jacket was not up to expectations so I returned it asking for a refund. They offered to make it right...and they did! I got a custom measured and altered jacket. The jacket is snug, but fits well and looks great. The addition of the fur color is fantastic and well worth the upgrade. I would order a custom made jacket again from this company. The customer service is great.
