I LOVE the beautiful leather jacket I got from The Jacket Maker! It took about a month to arrive, and it fits me perfectly. I was really impressed that they followed up with me personally after I sent in my measurements, just to verify that everything was correct (I'm very short so the numbers likely looked off at first glance). I got the Adalyn Quilted Distressed Brown leather jacket for women, and have already received multiple compliments. It's warm and padded too, with pockets on both the inside and outside. The one caution I would give on this particular style is that it has a high stiff collar, and if you're not used to that it may feel weird on your neck at first. But I love the design and the color, and will be wearing this for a long long time.

Bought the Furcliff Black Leather Coat custom made, took about 6 weeks, but worth the wait. It fit perfectly and loved the quality. Received a lot of compliments my first wear out. The jacket is on the warmer side, so good for winter.

I think the sizes they're small because I have to send it back once but after that the jacket was beautiful pretty soft outside and pretty nice inside it came with a litttle book and a plastic garment wich I wasn't expecting.

I ordered a coat with a picture I emailed to them. I am LOVING it! I chose the outside and inside material. They sent me a pallete of hundreds of colors to choose from for the color of suede. I chose the buttons and sent them my measurements. This is a true custom coat. The shoulders were perfect, I have room to move my arms. The length of the arms and the coat itself is exactly what I wanted! The craftsmanship is amazing and it's a heavy coat. The pink suede is so pretty and the pink buttons match very nicely. I just can't say enough or convey how happy I am with this purchase!! It did take about 4 1/2 months to get it, so be patient because it is worth it. Shawn, the agent, was very responsive to message, but again, be patient. It may take him a couple of days to respond sometimes. As soon as it shipped out I received my tracking number and it was actually delivered 4 days early. I will definitely do business with Shawn and The Jacket Maker again! I am so very happy with the entire experience and my jacket.

I received the jacket I ordered and was the correct size. I ordered this jacket knowing it was coming from over seas so I knew to be patient. I actually got the jacket a day earlier than expected and it fits true. The quality of the jacket is nice and it looks great.

Easy to shop and order, recommended sizing is spot on, quality is great, and value is there. This is my second purchase.
