Received great customer support all throughout the process. I was slightly worried with certain unconventional practises. The main thing to keep in mind is that you'll have to pay your VAT/Duty but they will refund the money to your paypal. Atleast this was the case when ordering to Finland through their EU site. It's inconvenient for the customer but in the end I got a quality jacket from a quality company, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Taking one star away for the customs hassle. I know this can be arranged so that it's pre-paid so I don't know why they haven't done it yet.

Got a ton of emails back from them, talking back and fourth. Their leather looks good and feels good. They give some pretty good advice to get your size right. I might have gotten it wrong still but I think they will help with it.

I ordered a custom made jacket, as the one seen worn by Colin Bridgerton in the Bridgerton series. Known in the community as "The Colin Pirate coat" I showed several referance pictures, up close, full view and provided what I expected to be a decent description. When I was shown the final product, I raised concerns about the back not having the correct pattern. I was assured that it did, but it just didnt show well on pictures. I signed off on the product, and it has now arrived, so here is my verdict: Pros: • Great quality fabric • Good quality stitching • Excellent quality sizing Cons: • Reference pictures could have been followed more accurately (Edit: After speaking with a local tailor in person, I am told they did it correctly, it's just a different fabric than used in the show, which is very rare / not commercially available, since it was stopped being made in the early 1900) • Time between order and item arriving quite long, but it's custom made, so that's a con I accepted. • For the price I paid, I expected a more accurate product (edit: This still stands, as the collar on the coat is different, but I remain happy with my product) Overall: I am happy with my product, in spite of the discrepancies with the reference images shown. The fit is immaculate, and the quality of the product itself is very well made. I would definitely use these guys again, but provide more detailed pictures, and a much more detailed description. Shawn was a great guy during the whole process of the coat being made. Edit: Just realized they had added a little notepad with the package, which is a thing the character using this coat in the show carries with him. This attention to detail is extraordinary. Raised review by 1 star. Will definitely be using these guys again as mentioned.

Little bed of delay or lets say not the fastest world wide shipping service, quality of the jacket was good, cufflinks were very tight and not very soft, the weight of the jacket it supposed to be light because it’s sheepleather but in return i still consider it heavy! But I don’t know maybe the full grain leather comes heavy? In general I recommend the website

A very long time to get the jacket delivered, reason for the 4 stars. However when the jacket arrived, it was of excellent quality. In spite of the delays, Sam in Customer Support, helped attentively and refunded a £20 as a compensation. All in all, I now have a beautiful jacket.

Bought a jacket for hubby but unfortunately not what he was looking for so returned. Although it took a little while to hear from Jacket Maker about return, once they did contact us they were very professional and apologetic about the delay.
