Update: I am editing my original review to reflect that the company issued a refund for the ITIN service, which I received in March 2026. The company states that ITIN processing takes up to 14 weeks. In my case, more than 24 weeks passed after submitting my signed W-7 (August 1, 2025) without receiving any official IRS confirmation. Communication during that time was very limited and no verifiable documentation was provided about the status of the application. After contacting the IRS directly, they confirmed that the ITIN number provided to me was valid. While the refund resolves the financial aspect, the overall process involved long delays and unclear communication. Future customers should make sure they clearly understand the expected timelines before proceeding. ⏳
