Customer service was AMAZING. Very responsive and easy to work with. I kept messing up the top mold but they told me to just send it in and they would work on it and they turned out GREAT! I get so many compliments when I wear them. Will definitely be getting some more done. Thank you!!

IGT continues to be my favorite place for any jewelery! From bracelets to chains to grillz... their crafmanship is always top tier! My recent purchase/experience with their grillz not only completed the look I've always wanted, but also showcased in my opinion their best work yet. Crafting fully customized grillz at a fraction of the other jewelers with even better results. Craftsmanship aside, this company continues to put their customers first and accommodates to the customers needs. I couldn't recommend IceGiant enough, and special shoutout to Beryl who assisted me throughout my order, esspacially dealing with my last minute address change and email issues!

Reading this honestly gives the whole team goosebumps! You’ve been rocking with us through bracelets and chains, so hearing you say this recent custom set of grillz is our best work yet is the ultimate compliment. Beryl was more than happy to jump in and make sure your order got sorted out flawlessly, and we'll definitely pass your shoutout along to her! We’ve always believed that top-tier craftsmanship shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg, and loyal customers like you are the exact reason we keep pushing the limit. Huge love for always holding it down for ICEGIANT!

There is nothing better than hearing "right on time" and "flawless" in the same sentence! We put a crazy amount of pride into our work, so knowing it hit the mark for you is huge. Huge shoutout to you for taking a second to drop some love for the brand—appreciate you holding it down for us!

Pulling up with that energy is crazy! Love the lyric drop—you already know we had to make sure they hit exactly how they’re supposed to. There’s no better feeling than blowing past expectations and making sure that the shine is next level. Enjoy freezing out the room every time you smile, bro. Appreciate you rocking with us so heavy!

I ordered the Kitty & Wave Style Grillz and they are gorgeous. I got the too and bottoms. My specialist kept in contact with me throughout the process and whenever I had a question they answered it right away. The process took a little while I ordered them in February 22nd got the mold 6 days after I ordered them and sent them back right away got the image of the final design of the grillz April 5th and of video of them made on April 20th. I received the grillz April 29th. I lost the bottoms in May and reordered them and because they had my mold I got them the middle of June. Overall the process was very easy and I feel confident ordering another pair.

First off, the Kitty & Wave combo is such a killer choice—that style is absolutely gorgeous! We know custom jewelry takes a little patience, so thank you for breaking down the timeline and trusting the process with us. And honestly, losing a piece is the worst feeling, but that’s exactly why we keep your molds safe on file! So glad we could catch up and get those bottoms remade and back to you so fast. Knowing you feel confident rocking with us means everything. Can't wait to cook up your next pair whenever you’re ready!
