ICEGIANTReviews of theigt.com

if you are thinking of working with this brand then don't. They have a lot of tricks and excuses to not pay you commission while they don't give any proof. They promised to pay me commission but then blocked me.

If I could give it zero stars I would. This company has the absolute worst customer service of any business I've dealt with in the past 45 years. We have been without service for 4 days and they are giving us the run around. When it works it works good but we have many blips and slow times. Also they owe us money for a service we had cancelled and they never paid us. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!

HORRIBLE I ordered online since November 4th,2024 , today is December 1st,2024.No package submitted to USPS.Every times that I checked my tracking number “the label is created but not yet in the system” and that since day one.I sent a lot of emails on their website and everywhere. They didn’t even bother to reply.

The picture was very different to the reality. Thought it was genuine ralph lauren but what they sent me was not even close. Would not have even minded a good fake but it was made out of sock material. Tried to return but the support email doesn't work. They literally sell you something then disappear so you can't return it after. £51 down the drain. Order #2772

Horrible. Poor quality clothing. I purchased a Ralph Lauren track suit. It’s cheaply made and too small. The company refuses accept returns. Order #1786. In response to your reply it was supposedly a Ralph Lauren product. Please be accountable. Thank you.

This company/place deserves ZERO STARTS and if I could that’s definitely what they need. Customer service is horrible, they respond back whenever they feel like it. You’re texting on more than one sources and constantly going from Instagram and IMessage. They waste your time until you’re ready to cancel and then they tell you that you have to pay a fee for the lack of communication, customer service, and still have failed on multiple occasion to provide a confirmation email with the receipt of what I order. I do not recommend and would suggest just finding a place more trustworthy. No sense of urgency and have no idea how to communication with their customers. There’s not a number you can contact for updates which is extremely risky because they can take as long as they want and once you get your mold and are looking to send it back you don’t have anywhere to look because you have to wait for them to send you the address. Overall horrible experience and would never order from them again

the customer service is awful, i wanted to cancel an order that i placed shortly before trying to cancel my order, so i wrote to customer service. they are avoiding my request to cancel the order by offering me all kinds of other products which i dont want, then they dont respons when i tell them that i want my order cancelled and nothing else. its been days since my initial request and they keep trying to change my mind, its as if i dont have a choice to cancel the order.
