Customer service, attention to detail, and quality product A1 all the way. These guys go out of the away to assist with any requests. When I initially placed my order it was for the wrong model watch. The 47 classic Samsung watch I have did not have any cases on the website. The person I worked with at Ice Giant, had a cust black diamond case created for my watch to exact dimensions. I received the order today and installed the case within 2 mins. Awesome work! You will see repeat business from me, and new customers from my friends, coworkers and family.
