It took a while to get my grillz made, but the most important thing was, it came right before I needed them. I purchased these as a 35th bday gift to myself. As a woman from the south, it’s part of our culture. I was soooooo so happy with the quality, fit, and overall look of my purchase. I don’t think any other company could’ve delivered this quality. The customer service went above and beyond any I’ve ever experienced. I will be purchasing again!

Happy 35th Birthday! We are beyond honored that we could be a part of such a special milestone for you. Hearing that your grillz represent a piece of home and culture makes what we do so much more meaningful. We know the wait can be nerve-wracking, so we’re thrilled they arrived just in time for your celebration. Thank you for trusting us with your vision—you deserve to shine

I had a great experience with customer support following a request to return a ring and have it resized and customized a different color. Shipping process was fast & support walked me through flawlessly via text, while keeping me updated through the entire process. Which also included follow up’s & videos of the product prior to final shipping. Super excited to receive my items! Thank you again so much

Excellent customer service. They contacted me before I even needed to do anything and made sure I was well informed and updating during the whole shipping process. They really care about their customers and the quality of their product is also amazing and precise. I bought the watch case for the galaxy watch ultra and it has to be one of my best purchases ever. Absolutely no regrets!
