I’m a return customer! If you need to buy appliances please shop here! If I would have know when I open my restaurant I would have saved thousands of dollars! I bought used! Never again! They made my experience smooth and easy! I’ve bought a double oven, cold prep station, 3 door refrigerator, ice machine, a 4 compartment warmer station, 2 door freezer all stainless steel! I’m in love. ! I can rest cuz everything is warranted! Thanks for being honest and standing on your great customer service! I will tell everyone shop here no regrets!

Feels Like a Scam - Overcharging, Stalling, and No Accountability Horeca Store operates in a way that should seriously concern anyone considering doing business with them. Orders are paid for, then seemingly disappear into a black hole. Updates are nonexistent. Every interaction is the same scripted delay tactic: "give me a moment" or "let me check," followed by zero real answers. Customer service appears outsourced, with representatives using generic names and unable to provide clear or consistent information. Getting a straight answer is nearly impossible. Pricing is where things get alarming. Items advertised around $99 were later charged at nearly $296 per item. No explanation. No accountability. Refund requests? Denied. At best, this is gross mismanagement. At worst, it raises serious questions about their business practices. If you value your time, money, and sanity--avoid this company.
