I don’t usually fill out surveys but I make time for The Hemp Collect/Modern Hemp Co. They are a consumer friendly business. They keep the customer informed of their orders status every step of the way. It is always a good day when the package is delivered. The model for the modern marketplace.

Very fast shipping. Beautiful white color.. seems to be of quality. Update the CBD isolate powder was only 91% CBD and I was only sent 5 of the 14 page COA.. I have no idea what the other 9% is and I haven't received an answer. Update i did hear back from them . I was sent the wrong coa. I received the new one ... Now that's what I'm talking about. I haven't seen a more pure white White isolate like this company. And as I mentioned shipping is really fast. Thank you for reaching out to clear things up. 🙏

Thank you for this review! We actually hand-pick every cannabis plant one by one from the fields (of thousands) to make our Live Resin that goes into our products. Only the best cultivars are selected and that is why our quality is so high. So happy to hear your enjoying the product, thanks for being a customer!

Quality products - everything I've tried has been good. Love the fruit flavors, but my favorites are the Delta 8 caramels. A very special treat! Communication is excellent and shipping is prompt. Can't say enough good things about them!
Response from IHCJun 14, 2023
Mary, thanks for being such a great support! Our team reads every review and we are always looking for ways to maintain our excellent level of communication. We love the products we're producing and although we no longer carry our Delta 8 Caramels, our Delta 9 Caramels are some of the most popular products we sell. We hope when you get a chance to try them that you'll love them just as much. Thanks for such a kind review!
