Very detail oriented, outstanding customer service throughout the custum order process. My clients were very impressed by the quality of the final product. Pricing was excellent. Will certainly use their services again and recommend The Hat Pros to others.

Initial experience with The Hat Pros was a good one. The hats we received were of excellent quality and delivered in a timely fashion as promised. I believe they even arrived a bit earlier than expected. The only issue we have now is that we called months ago to order 24 more hats and they were out of stock. We left the company info and phone number to be notified when they are back in stock but have yet to hear anything back. I have a tech come into my office at least once a week asking for one. Please get back to us about them!! -- Christina McCarte , Accounting Dept. Synergy Lighting, Inc.

The hats are great, cheap, and I quit spending three times the money on other hats! I will continue doing business with them!

I like the hats I ordered. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I didn’t receive my order on time and it was over a week late.
