Avoid this luggage. The zip is the most critical failure‑point on any suitcase — the part meant to survive airport handling, pressure, and load. Mine failed on first use, literally on the way to the airport. These are genuine YKK zips, which makes the failure even more shocking and suggests a serious design or assembly flaw in the case itself. The supplier denied responsibility, Mixi ignored the warranty, and AliExpress offered no help. Don’t risk it.

I really liked the zipperless carry on I purchased through Amazon last year. It's gone on 2 international trips with me. But during a recent domestic trip one of the latches stopped working. I cannot get a hold of Mixi by phone (the number listed on their website is always busy) to inquire about a possible fix. There are no luggage repair shops anywhere near me. I am sorely disappointed that I now have to find a way to dispose of this carry on environmentally. I am so annoyed that it broke so quickly without any way to fix it.
