This is so frustrating
This is so frustrating, Ive had a subscription for the pro/prebiotic gut tablets for probably a couple of years and they've been a lifechanger. 50+ years of horrendous stomach issues resolved. But suddenly in June/July this year my subscription didnt arrive. I chased, eventually 1 pot arrived rather than the 3 I'd paid for. I emailed. And emailed (No phone point of contact) And emailed. No response. With an incredibly heavy heart Ive cancelled my subscription. The product works which is why Ive given 2 stars rather than 1 but it can't work if I dont get it. I think the company have overstretched themselves with their recent move to other products being sold via Boots but I am genuinely saddened that it has come at the expense of me l9sing something that gave me my life back.
