Scam - unable to cancel subscriptions. Had to cancel cards

Subscribed to the GutCo for 3 x Gut Care at a price of £99.99. Following month I was charged £132 for the exact same order. I contacted them to cancel my subscription and refund my money. The following day they expedited the order. I sent them another email asking to cancel the subscription, and for contact details to return the item. This has been a week, and still no reply. If you run a business, and expect retention, then respond to your customers!!! I cannot even find a way to cancel my subscription on my account. Shocking service, or lack thereof. Returned the product via Royal Mail Tracked to the given address @ The Gut Co. Unfortunately, Royal Mail is unable to deliver the product as it seems the given address is nowhere to be found. 2 weeks, 6 emails, and a chargeback through my credit card company, and this bunch of w##kers cannot be bothered to respond to an email. AVOID!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

You cannot cancel your subscription because they will simply not respond and keep charging you even when they are sending the products to the wrong address if at all. Scam company simply set up to take your money and be impossible to contact. I am proceeding with a complaint to trading standards.

Do not buy online from this company! Has a subscription from them for years but has gone absolutely to pot over the last year for some reason. Have failed to send my subscription despite it being paid for twice- once emailed them and was rectified so thought fair enough but the second time they failed to send product has been awful and behaving in a fraudulent manner. This has permanently damaged the company in my eyes. No reply from customer service despite two emails, contacted via social media to be told would be rectified then still nothing so contacted again and zero response until I claimed my money back (as was £99 out of pocket for six weeks with no product and no sign of it being fixed as they don't reply to emails) and now they are disputing the claim back of money!!! Well good luck with that as I never received any product so will fight them to the fullest degree. Thieves.

As another customer has recently said, had a subscription for the Gut Care pills and they've worked well for he last couple of years. May's subscription was charged and never dispatched and now June's order has been charged and not dispatched. I've sent multiple emails and a contact form, plus messaged them on Instagram with no response. I can't even work out where to cancel the subscription on their website. Such a disappointment after good service over the years. Avoid at all costs.

I had a subscription with the gut co for a couple of years. The tablets really helped and I really need them. Unfortunately the company don’t seem to care. I have recently run out of tablets, been charged twice for my monthly subscription and have received no tablets whatsoever!!! 5 emails and 2 contact forms from the website and still nothing!!! No reply no tablets absolutely nothing at all. I have now been forced to cancel my subscription incase any more money was taken. I don’t understand how everything was ok one month then it is now a complete shower and shambles!!! Not hearing back from anyone regarding this issue is annoying and frustrating!! I have now had no tablets for two weeks and unfortunately I’m suffering issues again with my stomach!!! Absolute disgrace and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone now!!! Such a shame as the tablets worked well and I had praised them to friends and family.

Do not order these useless gummies. They do nothing and this company is unresponsive when you request a cancellation of subscription and they keep charging me and sending more.

Good product for my girlfriend, but they refill a subscription she never asked for. She did the proper cancellation and they still sent the product and charged her without her authorization. Companies that work that way should be reported to BBB and FTC. Why not just be honest in business?
