The Graphic EdgeReviews of thegraphicedge.com

The Graphic Edge has several great options in clothing, the people are awesome to work with, and our orders come on time and the orders are usually on the money. Our salesman, Garrett, is really good to work with and gets back to me in a very timely manner. The only thing keeping from a 5 star rating is that the pricing isn't always as good as we can get through other companies. Also, I'm not a huge fan of price breaks at certain numbers. We are a small school so we have to pay more because we are small. The price should be the price no matter the size of the order, don't penalize us for not having a huge order. Our team does all our business through your company and we should be rewarded for that.

We had ordered state champion jackets(Turners Falls, MA) with help from the local rep. We have ordered basketball uniforms as well as softball uniforms in the past and softball pants this year. I have ordered several times over the past 25 years using the sporting goods store in Vermont that joined The Graphic Edge a few years ago. We have been satisfied many times but to be honest the last couple of orders, state champion jackets, and this year softball pants have not been to our satisfaction. Several jackets are already losing there lettering and the brand new softball pants had pockets that had holes in them. We are going to purchase more state championship jackets this year but some moms are talking about going with a different company due to the last few orders. Continue to get the order wrong. The material on a couple of items where low-quality

Everything went smooth for the most part. Sometimes the site was hard to navigate. Really good turnaround on our order though. Good company to work with.

I love the service I just cant figure out why you cant ship multiple orders in the same box and at the same time?? I got 4 different invoices and four different boxes that were all one order. Thanks Matt

Order shipped fast and the sales associate was able to help find a replacement for a discontinued item that met my requirements.

The two issues are had with my original order were handled professionally and to my satisfaction. What I would like to see is some real world sizing information for the garment choices - either provided by the company or by customers. Website could be improved. It takes some resolve to discover all the garment choices.

Graphic Edge does a great job on their product in a very timely manner. I am not afraid to call them at the last minute and have product in my hand saving the day.
