Quality of work is great. However, there is too much effort required to get orders correct. Just about every order I've placed has had a mistake or two. Wrong size shirt, wrong design, ect. Ive still had to pay for these items, which to me should be comped since it was Graphic Edges mistake.

Overall, the experience was ok, My biggest issue is that sales and customer support don't seem very responsive or clear in communication. It also took a while to get answers to questions I had.

For our family reunion we order men's and women's shirts. The men shirts were as expected but the women shirts did not look any different from the men but was not as soft a fabric.

Great customer service throughout the ordering process. Lower rating because of the quality of embroidery: The embroidery color on one portion was not correct-the proof showed correct colors. The embroidery overall was not clean looking. I did not have enough time to get it all corrected. They offered a discount for the wrong embroidery color.
