The clothes fit great and arrived in an orderly time.

Overall, it was a good interaction. The product itself was very good and communications was helpful and quick. The one issue I had was when there was a shortage of the product I did not like that Graphic Edge wanted to substitute a lesser product and when I requested a better product I had to cover the difference. I felt that at the very least we should have split the cost or Graphic Edge should have paid for it since they said there was enough in stock and we did not order an abnormal amount. I could have waited for the back order but it said it would be in until the fall and I just couldn't do that.

Liked almost everything, couldn't figure how to do double sided shirts. Wasn't a huge issue and everything else was great.

The Shirts are real heavy not recommended for a lot of summer wear. that i bought them for. Would suggest putting that in the description of them.

Good quality items, great price and it all came in a very reasonable delivery time. Thank you!

Prompt and trustworthy business

Product was great. My rep was great. I got a bill a few months after it was already paid for. Just a little frustrating.

I feel that your sales people go above and beyond. They are simply outstanding. Chris Cooke, and sometimes Bill Keith are the reps that I deal with. I couldn't be any happier, they are both truly the consummate professionals and extremely helpful. We did have issues this year that came up, and mistakes were made. These mistakes were made in the office, not with the sales reps, and they had to eat crow as a result of it, and that does not settle well with me. If a mistake is made somewhere else down the corporate line, they shouldn't have to be the ones to suffer. To me, whether it is someone not putting the order in correctly in the office, or UA (for example) themselves screwing things up, the ones who made the mistake should own it and make the proper reparations for them.
