Print on order was much smaller than …
Print on order was much smaller than needed. Also was much higher than intended. Not pleased with this order. If complete mock-up was provided before hand, problems like these could have been avoided.

PP communication
Had to resend the info I wanted to design 3 times and nobody knew what was going on when I spoke with somebody else. Once I finally received the product it was good.

I was exceptionally disappointed with …
I was exceptionally disappointed with this company. I am a small business owner. I ordered 6 shirts. The embroidery proof was Sent to me quickly so that was great. Then the Trouble began. The shirt I wanted was on back order for two weeks. Then two more weeks. I was told they could not control the vendor. I changed a search on the website to shirts "in stock". They showed two polos. I cancelled my order, went to another vendor, and had the exact shirt I originally wanted in 3 weeks. I was refunded my money but it was very frustrating. I almost missed having a logo shirt for my company's first event.

Graphic Edge has gone downhill
Prices are fair at times. High for simple items. I also am frustrated when I pay two shillings when there is a back order of items. I pay $25 for shipping of 100 shirts but then pay another $12 for three on back order I used to have personal contact and visits from GE salesmen. I could look at products in person and have a relationship with the company. Now I'm lucky if I get an email. I am just a money source now. That is why I have almost completed dropped both sports from GE.
