My items never arrived and they won't respond!!!
I made a purchase for the set ( 3 bottles) I recieved a notification that it was delivered yet I dont have anything.
I informed them via the website I made the order from and they just sent me a reply that it was delivered!!!
I have emailed back 3 times and no response.
Absolutely rubbish customer service, fraudulent company who refuse to resolve this issue for me and avoid communicating.

Normally, when an order is marked as delivered but you have not received it we encourage you to contact your local courier company if they have additional information on the package. If they're response is that they did deliver the order we ask for a claim to be filed and emailed to us.
If you are comfortable, please update your review to include your account or order information to help resolve this situation. We also replied to you via email several times, it appears.

It appears that this order was replaced by our team once you contacted us to let us know that it hadn't arrived and the replacement was delivered to you.

My initial order of the zeolite detox…
My initial order of the zeolite detox pack was horrible. I placed it on 1/17/25 from Georgia. The packaging was filled with paper rather than bubble wrap which I believe is the reason that one of the bottles arrived broken as they are glass. I notified support upon receipt and had a back and forth for an hour then had to escalate to get a replacement sent. I was promised expedited shipping as I paid for it on my initial order, but it wasn’t delivered until a week later. I haven’t experienced any changes using the zeolite, good or bad.

Our packaging does not include bubble wrap and the bottles are known to arrive broken if the weather conditions freeze the products. Even though the order did not arrive frozen to you, it is possible it froze, broke, and thawed during the transit.
Some folks notice a difference right away, while others never notice a difference (although, some folks notice a difference after they stop taking the product...and realize it was working for them and start taking it again). It's designed to be a gentle detox, unlike typical and unpleasant detoxing with other products. Since every person's heavy metal load and toxin load vary, everyone's experience will vary.

Disappointing
I tried to get the offer of £25 through ginger Kate on Instagram and my order was cancelled because my name was different apparently. I thought it sounded like a scam so I didn't place my order again, it's a shame as I thought it would really help my son

SCAM -BEWARE
Been looking for a detox so I purchased the zeolite packs via link on their Instagram page which I had been following. As a new customer I went through all the details, register, subscribed and paid the money.
4 hours later I get an email saying "as per your request we have cancelled your subscription"
I didn't cancel anything, I made an order which they have now cancelled for no reason but the funds have still been taken out my account!!!!
I've emailed but doubt I will get any response, this is clearly a scam and I will be speaking to my bank to try and recoup my losses. BEWARE PEOPLE!

I am a new customer and have emailed but haven't heard anything back as yet. Just seems very odd that my order and money has gone through and yet it cancels for no reason whatsoever other than an email saying "as per my request" - that's not a server issue or address issue as nothing was flagged when I submitted my address or paid, it went through absolutely fine. The email is saying I've requested to cancel which is simply not true and also not in line with what you're saying.
If this is dealt with and not a scam I will absolutely change this review but at the moment it seems very concerning.

If you've emailed us, our support team typically responds to emails within 48-72 business hours, but we will absolutely get back to you. As we don't have many identifying features from this review, we'll just go over the most common scenario when you receive that email. Typically, that is due to an AVS error. It means that the billing and shipping addresses didn't match up and it was automatically rejected. Any funds removed from the account are refunded (if settled), otherwise they're voided. A refund can take between 2-7 business days, based on your banking timeline. However, any dispute filed with your bank would delay that refund from coming through, so we recommend getting in contact with us first before filing a dispute or chargeback. That being said, our company has plenty of happy customers and we make their feedback public so that you can see this isn't a scam. Rather, it seems to simply be an error in entering information.
