I like my products so far I don’t like…
I like my products so far I don’t like the protein bag it doesn’t seal properly and I have a toddler whom touches everything so I ask for improvement with the seals please children get so creative when curiosity hits.

I received the order but have not started using it because I am not done with my previous order. Will start in about a week.

Shipping takes longer than expected….
I received my order but it took longer than expected. I did receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info- but when checking the tracking- it was not updated with the expected delivery date.

At first I couldn’t track were my order was, after querying with customer service they informed me the location it was and sent me the correct link. The customer service is efficient.The product came in mint condition.

Just choose auto-ship from the start
The new delivery was right on time. I was running out of the 1st one and needed to keep going, making sure, die-offs cleared my system. It lapsed for 2 days and I started feeling unsure as my gut started to react that second night. Luckily a shipment coming. The second time I ordered, I chose the monthly auto-ship subscription, which saves me money. It ships as the current one is running out.
