The customer service was great. I bought 3 glow tubes and one had a funky rancid smell. It was replaced right away. The product works as well as any crepe reducing lotion. It’s nice though that it’s a compact stock not a lotion

I emailed customer service, and received a prompt reply from Lauryn, who was fantastic! I appreciate how quickly she found my order and was able to correct it for me before shipping took place. I found a coupon code for 50% off! When I went to checkout, I got a little too excited and pushed the buy now button instead of the one to add the code. I quickly sent an email to the customer service department. It was only about an hour later when I received an email stating that they went in and gave me the discount, and that I would be refunded to my card!
