After reading about The Glow Fairy and seeing videos on YouTube I thought I would give it a try.Most of the reviews on Trustpilot are about customer service and not the product itself.Well first of all my order arrived quite quickly just two weeks thought I would wait longer so that was a nice surprise.I ordered the Glow Fairy face wand and The Glow Fairy body wand. Firstly I was shocked by how little product you get for your money! The face wand is the size of an average lipstick.The balm is lovely to apply no dragging on the skin and quite soft but does not last very long. The body wand is much bigger and chunkier and goes on nicely but after nearly 7 weeks of using the skin on my face and body look no different whatsoever.I was so disappointed but I suppose we have to try these products.So in summing up I would say very expensive for what you recieve and don't last long at all and by the way I was only applying twice a week as per instructions not everyday don't waste your hard earned money,not worth it.

Absolutely dreadful experience with this company. Nowhere on their website (neither the US or Irish site) is it advertised that customs charges apply to orders being delivered to Ireland. In order to access my order I have been requested to pay an additional €22 on top the €151 cost of the order, €34 of which was paid to receive the delivery within the advertised 2-4 business days. The 2-4 days guaranteed delivery period is advertised on both US and Irish sites and a premium fee applies. The order was placed on 9 July and still hasn't been received, today is 27 July. When contacted, their customer service stated delivery is 10-15 business despite the 2-4 day guarantee advertised on their site, screenshots of which were sent to them proving the false advertising.

Something very fishy with this company. Firstly most of the reviews only talk about their customer service, then only one 5 star review on their website for the Instant Eye Repair Serum, which I have to add was a complete waste of money. It does nothing. In fact, it makes my eyes look worse. I’ve used it a couple of times now and washed it off straight by away as it causes weird creases around the eyes.

My son gifted me The Glow Wand/The Glow Fairy last Christmas (2022). The product being the size of lipstick, I rubbed it daily only on the sides of my mouth. No magic happened and not an iota of difference, the wrinkles are as they were. A sheer waste of time and money! As a side note, the product is made in China, and on one side of the packaging, it says" Do you want to magically meet the love of your live[sic]? Look in the mirror." I had some doubts about its efficacy at the outset going by such grammar!

I purchased the instant eye serum from Glow Fairy. I have not seen any results from this product. I have used other products that work very well but was trying to save money. I posted a review on the Glow Fairy site, but it looks like they only post 5 star reviews.

I see a lot of good reviews on customer service but almost none on product the instant eye repair did literally NOTHING no difference what so ever!Going to return it very disappointed.Well guess I'll eat the the cost it's not returnable☹️☹️☹️

DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS! SCAM! in addition, they do not take returns. Complete waste of money

Cheap, rubbish, waste of money. Product size of a lipstick. Zero effect on the skin. Complete joke. Stay clear!!!
