I have ordered from the Glow Fairy a few times now. I really enjoy their products, they send their products off quickly and their customer service is amazing, should you need any assistance. Keep it up, the Glow Fairy team.

I ordered products individually and later found that there’s a bundle for lesser price. I asked if the order can be charged as a bundle, and just like that, Lauryn made it happen. No hassle, quick, friendly and professional response. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you 😊

Absolutely love the retinol face wand. It leaves my skin feeling so soft and nourished and there is definitely a reduction in fine lines after using it for less than a month.

I received the product and it was damaged. I emailed Amanda Taylor in customer support and sent her a picture. She immediately responded and is sending out a new one. I have not had a chance to try the product yet but the customer service is outstanding!

The truth is you may love the products or you may not but one thing you can’t argue with is there customer service . Patience and the severity of one’s service team means just as much as the item itself so one thing you can’t argue with is that professionalism of this company is overlooked

I ordered the Eye Boosts to help with my 63 yr old ageing under eyes and was not disappointed! After using them my eyes look like I've just had a really good night's sleep and don't look so hollowed or tired. My under eyes at 63 are now getting crepey/wrinkled but this becomes more smooth after using the Eye Boosts. I will definitely be ordering some more!!!

Love, love, love your products! I have been using the Glow Wand, the Body Wand and the Forehead Wrinkle Erasers for a month and my skin is in top form. Smaller pores, smoother, more hydrated, even toned skin and my forehead and frown wrinkles are definitely slowly disappearing. I couldn't believe it. Great skin is so important. With all the cosmetics out there you can get dizzy with all the choices and the crazy prices. Glow Fairy products are now a staple in my beauty regime. I am so happy I found your brand. Also, I live in the Philippines and my mother is in CA at the moment. Excellent service. I needed to get the products to my mum in time for her departure, Amanda is a queen. Thank you for your help as always. Keep working your magic!
