Lauryn was awesome! I had issued with emails regarding my shipping info and she sent me a different link that gave me the correct info! Very polite & friendly!

Customer service. Excellent. My parcel was shipped on time but didn't arrive. I mailed the company and within few hours they responded back and even replaced my lost order. Thank you Lauren for the professional kind service.

The serum itself is great as a moisturizer, i think it rubs in well and leaves my skin feeling smooth. It makes my skin look more youthful with a slight sheen. I cant speak for anti cellulite benefits yet, i’m only a week in. I think it might be making a difference but need more time to tell for sure. I had an issue with my order packaging, one of the bottles came damaged. Customer service was super responsive (within a business day) and satisfactorily remedied my problem quickly.

Customer service representative Lauryn is on point she helped me with my issue and I couldn’t be happier. If only all customer service representatives could be like Lauryn. :) I enjoy the products from The Glow Fairy :)

More wonderful customer service from glow fairy! My parcel was lost in the mail and they immediately checked into it, responded back and shipped me a whole new order free of charge! If only all companies could have customer service like glow fairy ❤️
