Love the product so far. Can't believe how well it's working on my neck. Had a problem with shipping and Samantha was quick with response and had told me it was fixed. Really like the customer service. 5 stars for sure!

I had an issue with my order, I emailed support and they got back to me pretty quickly. Even after the issue was resolved one of Glow Fairy’s reps, Samantha followed up with me to make sure everything was taken care of. I haven’t received my products yet but I am please with the customer service thus far. I feel confident that if any issues arise once I receive my order, the customer service team is willing to assist in anyway they can.

wow wow wow- after a lengthy well worth the wait shipment to Durban, South Africa, I am DELIGHTED with the product! Instant Eye Repair serum really does live up to its reputation- instantly removes under eye bags and dark circles- it truly is amazing- glides on so easily with no residue, no chalky after-effects. I'm definitely re-ordering now to keep this little gem in my skin care routine!

I realized immediately at time of purchase I forgot to put a special code in to receive my discount and emailed to inquire if I could add it. Customer service emailed me back quickly and refunded the difference right away. I was surprised and pleased that they were able to do this.
