Customer service was awesome. I was sent a discount AFTER I placed my order so I sent an email asking if I could use the discount towards the order I just placed (not expecting that they would). Lauryn was great and actually used the discount towards my order which helped a lot. Thanks Lauryn!!

I had an issue and their customer service associate was amazing. Samantha listened to me and guided me through every option she had in order to resolve my concerns. Thank you for your excellent service. I would recommend you and your products to others.

I had placed an order with Glow Fairy. Shortly after I was reading my emails and noticed there was one from Glow Fairy stating I could take 50% off my next order. I sent them an email asking if the 50% off could still be applied to my order. Not only did Lauryn refund 50% but gave me 60% off my next order.

Their customer service girl, Lauryn, ROCKS! She replies right away and she is so very kind! I've contacted her several times, the mos recent being today, April 28th and also besides other times, April 27th. She responds immediately, takes the time to look up my issues and always gets back to me! She is the best and you are lucky to have her!
