2 weeks with no delivery, I emailed custimer support asking if my order was being shipped. Samantha replied they right away saying they were out of stock of some items I ordered. She gave me a refund for those and had the rest of my order shipped right away. They should let you know when items are out of stock instead of waiting to send your order, but when I reached out they did help. Thanks!

While the Glow Fairy eye serum did not work for me the customer service was great. I inquired how to return the product and Samantha was very helpful . She walked me through the process and made it very easy.

I just received my under eye serum and used it just on one eye because I want to see if there's a real difference. My item came in 9 days which was very good because I wasn't expecting it for 4 more days! I'm checking the mirror every few minutes to see if it's working and so far I don't really see anything different but I have high hopes!

Glow glow glow :) I love taking care of my skin. Never heard of the brand before but I'm really thankful that this was given to me as a gift. My deep lines are now almost completely gone. Can't recommend the Retinol glow wand highly enough.
