I keep hearing how great the customer service is, sadly that has not been the case. I order a week ago 17th, my third order. Still no update, on the 23rd Samantha said hope to ship soon, I replied and asked when, still no reply. If you can't fulfill orders don't paste yourselves all over social media, look after returning customers first. Still on the fence if it even works, I am through onto the second tub on booty, thighs and arms and to be honest no difference. Although, I believe in consistency hence why I ordered a 3rd time but sadly hasn't been dispatched yet alone arrived, so I now have a break in this daily consistency so very disappointed Glow Fairy, get your act together!!!

Had a terrible burning sensation on my skin asked for a refund that was refused as I had not kept the packaging was offered an exchange obviously I cannot use their products

I purchased 3 products, followed the instructions 100%. Absolutely no difference. These products do not work, save your money. I am so disappointed.

8/20/2024: After repeatedly emailing the company and threatening to dispute the charge through my credit card company, they relented and reimbursed me the full amount including shipping and did not require that I return the product. Persistence does pay off. When you order from The Glow Fairy, they like to promote their 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. In that guarantee, it says "we want to make sure we back that up with a risk-free, ironclad satisfaction guarantee!! If your shopping experience is less than phenomenal (for whatever reason), we will do whatever it takes to make you not only satisfied, but thrilled about your purchases". When I contacted them about my unhappiness with a product, they apparently have conditions attached to this ironclad satisfaction guarantee. They were willing to take the item back but I would not be reimbursed for the shipping costs I had to pay upfront plus I'd have to pay for the return shipping. That would have netted me probably around $5. Needless to say, I am not thrilled about my purchase.

No satisfaction guaranteed and then told they will do an exchange for used product, doesn't work, also have to pay for returns a fee and shipping. Only exchange no refund although they say 30 day satisfaction guaranteed. I would not recommend.

Most of these are fake reviews. They “sold out” of items that I ordered and sent me other items that I did not want to replace it. They did not reach out to me or cancel my order. On top of that, the creams are ineffective.

Bought the eye repair serum. Don’t waste your money doesn’t work!!

Placed an order last night. Checking my confirmation less than five minutes after I noticed I’d been charged for another item I did not want nor ordered— doubling the amount of sale. Contacted them within moments. The response— sorry for the inconvenience but we don’t cancel orders or change orders. In other words - you just got shafted! This is not a legit organization. What they did to me constitutes fraud. Please be very careful ordering from this organization.
