I ordered a tee shirt. After almost a months no shipping information received and no response from company. I then disputed the CC charge as I had no way to cancel the order. Within days of disputing the charge, I received an email with shipping info followed the next day with a request to cancel the dispute. I refused to cancel the dispute until I received the order. Within hours of receiving delivery conformation, I received another email with a screen shot of the delivery conformation demanding the dispute be removed. It is a shame they were that responsive in the beginning. I have to wonder if I had not disputed the charge if they would have kept my money and never delivered the product ?

I ordered 3 shirts to wear at a family event on Aug 17. The shirts were suppose to be delivered by Aug. 27th, we were leaving on the 29th. I was suppose to get a confirmation email in a few day. A week later (Aug 23), after already receiving similar shirts that I ordered the same day from another website, the shirts had not been sent. I contacted them and they put them on "priority status." August 26th, after sending another message to the company, I finally received a tracking confirmation. One of my emails had said if it is not sent, then refund me because I don't need them if they can't be here on the 28th. On the 27th I received a message from thegiftio stating that the order was sent and that there were no issues with the order. I find it a huge issue that the order didn't arrive on time. They mailed it 10 days after the order was submitted. It is more frustrating that the shirts were not customized or personalized. Any Grandma, Grandpa or Mom of a Marine could wear them. I have contacted the company about the order and after a week I have received no reply. Their customer service is terrible. The company does not have any interest in helping the customers or considering the customers timeline. Considering the business and customizability of many of their products they should have a more active interest in speed. I will not order from them again. I can get the same items from other companies that understand organization and the importance of communication.

I ordered 2 T-shirts on August 12th. I have emailed n called 2 times asking about my order. So far no answer nor products. We see if my bank is getting in involved? Reply: when am I getting my tshirts? I found no email from your company for the last 24 hours and my invoice on your website has been removed. Why?

Ordered 2 shirts. One was ok,the other has the lettering peeling off. Never worn. Contacted them,received an email in response that ticket was opened. Nothing since. Uncertain of exactly date but several weeks ago. Also unable to track order.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago and just sent my 2nd request for my order status with no answer obviously being ignored. I wouldnt recommend ordering anything because you have no idea when or if it will be sent. Once you've paid they really dont value their customers

This is a SCAM COMPANY that STEALS artists' designs from other print on demand websites and sells them as their own. Do NOT buy from them. SHUT THIS WEBSITE DOWN!! REPORT ALL STOLEN DESIGNS!! RE: In regards to you responding to this message, I HAVE emailed you several times about your company stealing designs from other print on demand sites and all you do is remove them from the website. There is NOWHERE on your site for artists to upload THEIR designs. Why? Because all designs are STOLEN. This is COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT and your website can be taken down for this! STOP STEALING DESIGNS AND MONEY FROM THE TRUE ARTISTS!! SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

I was wanting to order a shirt but these reviews are not worth buying

I ordered a shirt for my grandson on April 18 for his birthday. His birthday is May 4 . I have not received any shipping information as of April 29. My credit card has been charged. Called & left message, no call back. Emailed as well, no response. Would like the shirt ASAP or price refunded. Very disappointed !!!!
