ThegiantwarehouseReviews of thegiantwarehouse.com

Both Barabara's and Brandon's review on this page echo exactly my experience. Just like Brandon, I bought SSDs that did NOT work. I am a tech and ran a test on actual capacity and both the 128TB and 10TB drives have 0 actual usable space. Also their claim about being from US is a lie. As the referenced review state, they ship from China. I am using very possible avenue to get this site shut down and to get people to stop purchasing from there!

They don't deserve any stars. THEY ARE NOT an American company nor do they ship from the US. The charge on my CC however, shows a NY billing. The product I purchased did not work. There was no instruction manual and it took a week to get one, which turned out to be a sheet of paper basically saying "plug it in". No help there. No customer service by phone. Took days for email response. They would not give me return information and I'm sure as h**ll not shipping to China. Seriously considering a lawsuit for false advertisement.

This company is NOT an American company like they claim, they are in fact a Chinese company. The shipping took over a month, and the product I purchased, an ssd hard drive, was inoperable. The customer service number is disconnected and the email contact was slow. They refused to give a refund until I got the institutions involved but I still had to pay 1/3 of the purchase price on the return of the product to china. After all is said and done I would recommend that no one ever purchase from them ever.

This place had a GPS device for $30 to $40 less than everyone else had. It looked identical to the others. I was leery ordering it however I checked trust pilot and they had a fairly decent reputation. Went ahead and placed the order charged my credit card, they said delivery 5 to 7 days I was leery of that. It only took nine days. I went and hooked it up to my car, tried it out, it worked perfectly. My experience was a five-star experience hopefully others are as lucky as me.
