I didn't expect buying an account to be this easy. Checked out, received email with request for username to make new email and received login information to start playing. Whole process took maybe 15 mins and I was logging in to play new characters.

Just want to say thanks for the help. First time selling anything on the internet, so I was a skeptical, but this is the real deal. I would have sold my account quicker, but I messed up my posting. However, I was able to talk to someone within seconds on their website, and about 20 minutes later everything was as it should have been: SOLD! Not to mention the wide range of business hours. Definitely recommended.

Thank you.

The people I spoke with were fine. I got paid immediately. The amount offered was probably 30% lower than it should have been. Could have gotten a better offer selling privately but just wanted to be done.

Thank you for this feedback. With new content set to come out tomorrow, patch 7.1.5, and the following week another new raid being introduced, Nighthold on the 17th, we do tend to be a bit more conservative in our buying as the current iLvL and equipment is deprecated or becomes more common. We also assume all of the responsibility for loss due to publisher interference, depreciation as new content comes out, all of the support for buyers after the account finds a new keyboard operator as well as all of the responsibility for properly housing your personal data. We are the only website of this nature that employs advanced security features to be compliant with all US privacy laws, EU/Swiss safe harbor regulations as well proper storage of any data at rest. We apologize that you felt the quote provided to you was not adequate and failing to work this out to your complete satisfaction. Thank you for this insight.

At about 12:30am Central Time (a half hour past midnight), I requested a quote. Obviously, being so late at night, I did not expect a quote immediately. At 10:12am that same day, I received an e-mailed quote. After agreeing and following simple instructions, the whole transaction was completed with money in my account within 5 hours of receiving my quote. Spoke with Chad, by phone to verify my account info. Had a positive experience, and would sell another account in the future! Thank you TGS and Chad!
