Trying to get ahold of them is HORRIBLE. I suddendly lost access to my email they setup for my account. I just would like to get ahold of them and that has been a pain in the rear. Please contact me. I just want to hopefully get my email back. I started using it for more than just the game.

I have shown you proof and the receipt of the purchase. You refuse to show your part of the transaction.

They scammed me. I bought an account from them for $150 and only minutes after they gave me the login details for the email they provided (and the battle net account associated with it) the account was moved from the email they gave to another email (which I had not done) and when I asked them about it so that I may access whatever the new email with the account they told me I changed the email myself (which never happened and by the way VOIDS their “1 year account warrant”) and then shortly after that they cut off all communication with me. Leaving me out of $150 and without any account to show for it.

We did not abruptly "cut communication". You purchased an account that had been dormant on the website for over a year. An email account was created with the information you provided and the gaming account moved to this email. 2, (two) minutes after this information was delivered to you the email for the purchase was then changed again. At which time you reported the account stolen. From the email that was just set up for the express purpose of housing the account you purchased and delivered to you. Which was then changed 2 minutes after being delivered to you. Nowhere in the support tickets was a warranty even referenced. You were simply told that it defies belief that it was "stolen" 2 minutes after delivery to you and further support will not be forthcoming.

Very shady company. They will take your money and recall what you bought from them. You will come across hiccups after the purchase and they will tell you to wait. You’ll email them and they will not respond for a few days. After some time, they will tell you whatever the issue was, it’s not their problem but yours. They stall/delay the process on purpose so PayPal can rule in their favor. These guys are scammers. This guy doesn’t even deserve one star.

Blizzard banning an account is not something our warranty covers. Even so, you were informed we would assist with this and given time frames for their appeal department to reply which is not immediate. You made several purchases including one we heavily discounted the price for to cover the ban of the other account so you could get back in the game and play even while we were attempting to return your other purchase to you. You have filed a total of 15 chargebacks/claims/disputes relating to all of your purchases even though the others had no relevance to the one in question and you were informed by telephone and email we were working to assist you with that issue. I apologize if you feel that is shady behavior but after 15 different claims on your purchases, we would not be willing to assist further.

They sold the same account twice. I paid 215 USD for an account I can't get into. I've talked with the person playing on the account I paid for, they also purchased it from this site. Tried to contact customer support and no response. Consider this company crooked and save your money. This is unacceptable for a business and I will continue to inform others of the theft commited.

Reviewing your purchase I do not see any activity with that account after it was purchased by you. The listing was marked as sold and I do not see where anyone else purchased it. If there is a third party involved it would be quite helpful if you could ask them their name so we can try to cross reference any purchases on the site. If they do not feel comfortable doing we can also cc them on your support ticket or they can contact me directly @ (email removed) to address this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience in this matter and let's get it sorted out as quickly as possible.

SCAMMERS BEWARE!

We are sorry that you feel that being refused a refund is a "scam". As noted in our FAQ due to the digital nature of the product purchased we do not offer refunds on fully delivered products in good working order: https://support.thegamesupply.net/hc/en-us/articles/202146663-Return-Refund-Policy This is a very basic policy that has been the same for software and other digital types of goods since there has been software. You received the product you purchased and there was no scam involved.

Unworthy.... Friendly at first then when you try to get your money back from them, they lock your account and stole your money. If i could rate a big zero star i would. Not worth it. Meh even this review might get deleted.

We do not support purchases that have been chargebacked/disputed. Apologies for any confusion regarding this.

Less money than I thought.

In attempting to address this I noticed we do not have a customer named Duck McClary. From your feedback, it seems you sold us an account and now feel the pricing was not adequate. All quotes are provided up front and there is no obligation at all to accept the quote we provide. We also offer a number of contact methods to discuss any pricing we provide on a case by case basis. Regardless of the pricing, a 1-star feedback would be indicative of a complete failure to provide the service advertised. Trustpilot definition of 1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct. In this case, it seems that we provided the service without issue but now you feel as though the price we paid you was not adequate. Is that a fair assessment? If you would like to discuss this further and see if any changes can be made we are available M-Saturday 10 am til 10 pm EST (GMT -5) for further discussion.
