My experience with TFD. I have been through many different evaluations and have dealt with many different customer sport teams and then transferred into many different live accounts. TFD Stands out to me in all these areas it has been a pleasure. through the whole process, the customer service has been on point. They have built a fully inclusive platform that when use properly allows you to have all the tools you need in one place for one price. Great work TFD. look forward to a long funded journey with you guys.!!! And my experience with this full inclusive platform has it actually made great improvements in. all my other funded accounts as well. Having the data to make small changes. is so important in this game.!! Sometimes we overlook the most important aspects of getting better, and that is using the data. we have access to as traders. to figure out how to control our emotions. to the best of our ability, manage risk in a way that we stay at level headed and it's all here. I would like to thank the team at the Futures Desk for being very prompt and efficient when responding to questions for help. They helped me to understand my issues and explained things in a way that I could understand. This a different breed of company. The leadership truly has a vested interest in the overall success of the trader. I will admit I had to break myself of the "blow account-reset-buy new eval-rinse and repeat" mentality from other firms. But once I realized they truly do care about the trader I am all in. I had an account snafu, of my own doing, that canceled both my active evals. Brian, the COO reached out personally to assist. I don't know if it was from a review of my many blown accounts or what, lol, but he offered me a free coaching session. I quickly accepted and met with him. That was the game changer! Brian has worked tirelessly with me, patiently with me and compassionately with me to help me modify certain bad behaviors. He has challenged me to track my data to determine if my style has an edge and helped me learn how to identify when to make tweaks and when to keep trading to gather more data before making changes. He has helped me learn how to make small changes versus wholesale changes , in other words how to "eat the elephant one bite at a time". While using the coaching I have taken a personal account from pretty much a blown status to 5X the balance. While that is noteworthy, even more importantly I have gained invaluable insight and grown as a trader. I am now more confident to start my evals again soon. Again, this company is just different. They fill a need for the trader who needs "prop rehab", fitting in between a traditional prop firm and retail prop firms. There is a difference and TFd finds a way to fit nicely between the 2. I am really enjoying this company, the leadership and the discord community!
