The Futures DeskReviews of thefuturesdesk.com

The only Prop firm who doesn't just say they want you to succeed... but actually builds a system that elevates you. Never seen such a good dashboard anywhere else. No "consistency" % BS. Under 10 days to real brokerage account. CME membership for lowest fees in the industry. No activation fee. Cheap & extremely customisable.

I had made some mistakes setting up my acct and they were able to take care of everything I needed on the customer service chat immediately. Friendly, understood my request, and took care of it.

Got an issue with project X and they compensate with a reset covering the losses. Best static drawdown for a great price. Customer support is superb fast and reliable and one of the best prop services so far. Thanks to dan from support specially for quick response and the help.

So far my experience with The Futures Desk has been excellent. The sign-up process was smooth, communication has been clear, and everything has felt professional from the start. Although I haven’t been able to connect to NinjaTrader yet (waiting on a remote session with support), the team has been responsive and helpful throughout the setup process. I’m really impressed with how organized and transparent everything has been so far. Once I’m 100% up and running, I have no doubt the experience will be even better. Excited to see what’s ahead with TFD!

The TFD Dashboard is very helpful, where you can see your performance in details with your trade history. Normally you would pay extra for a Trading Journal like that and by TFD it is included already. It will help you to analyze your trades and to stay more consistent. I also value the customer service which is FOR the trader and addresses your concern.

very patient and courteous support

Responsive team. Efficient support. Thank you to TFD for resolving my issue so effectively!

I am from the EU and start trading during the London session, and my experience with The Futures Desk has been excellent. Dan and Fiel have both been incredibly supportive, with Fiel always online around London time and quick to help with anything that comes up. That kind of real, human support makes a huge difference. What really stands out for me is how transparent and fair everything is. The rules, pricing, and conditions are all clear and straightforward, with no hidden traps, just a fair approach that lets you focus on trading. I also appreciate the flexibility in how you can choose your risk levels and tailor the account to your trading style. It is obvious the team genuinely wants traders to succeed. They are not just running another challenge firm; they actually care about helping you grow as a trader. My assessment is now 95% complete, and I am genuinely looking forward to my live trading experience with The Futures Desk. Highly recommend them to any serious futures trader looking for a prop firm that truly has your back.
