Ordered a product on the 15th of December and it still hasn’t shipped as of the 27th and I don’t know when it will. I had to order a revolver coil because the standard is a terrible design and needs to be cleaned nonstop. The concept is great but I wish I would have never spent the money.

As of November 23rd, I still have not received my product. My experience with freeze pipe has been absolutely disastrous, disappointing.. my order was delivered to the wrong location ( Not because my address was wrong, but because the carrier driver delivered the package to the wrong location.) and because I did not buy a $9 protection plan, i am unable to get a replacement even all the circumstances have nothing to do with me, even i have sent picture and clear evidence of my product not being delivered I’m the one stuck without my money and a product, poor customer service

This thing does not stay cold for THAT long. Talked to customer service and they stated they don't do refunds. On top of that, if you don't clear your bowl in one snap, the 'blow-back' from the air pushes your hot cherry out of the bowl...one time it landed on my foot and got me. For a lifetime smoker, I'd rather get another thick 18mm glass bong and use ice... save your money. This product is a gimmick.

Glass is way too fragile. Broke after a very light tap on kitchen counter. No more freeze pipe for me I will let others know about my experience
