Order slow to ship but good customer service and mu order was soon received.

I recently received your Bubbler Pro Kit and I love it. Wish I didn't have to buy it as a kit because the rest of the stuff besides the bubbler is useless to most people. I bought the Freezepipe earlier in the year and didn't care for it. Too much of a hit so you don't get the full cooling help. I think it needs some kind of restriction with either a smaller hole at the end or something inside to make it tougher to draw so you get more help from the freezing chamber. So my advice is skip the pipe and get a bubbler. You will love it.

Shipping process around Black Friday, there was a lack of communication for a week and then I got my notification that I was getting it almost two weeks after ordering…very disappointing in that sense. I have my pipe and I love it, I think the 2023 model is an almost flawless design. Exterior for sure, the interior needs work as it needs to be tilted downward to avoid inhaling wet brown tar onto your lips. Keep up the good work!

Great product, works AWESOME!

The shipping speed wasn’t an issue. It was very well packaged. Everything looks great, but my glycerin coil is leaking badly. I payed for the shipping protection and have emailed and texted them but gotten no response. Right now it’s a pretty paperweight. 😩 Update: TheFreezePipe contacted the shipping protection company and they purchased a new glycerin coil. It was shipped promptly and was fine. I’m raising my score to 4 stars for the prompt replacement. Why they initially shipped a leaking coil, I don’t know. The product itself is fantastic. There are regulatory/legal reasons TheFreezePipe does not except returns. ***Get the shipping protection***

Bowl piece was broken when arrived and had to be glued back together

5-star product!! The bong and ash catcher version 2022 are awesome. Not a fan of the single glycerin chamber mostly due to the length of it. If you take a hard hit you can sometimes get drops of water in your mouth. We replaced it with a longer one we had and it's now the perfect bong. Probably more of the way we use it but just something to know. Only reason for a 4-star was due to the timeliness of shipping. Shipping label was created but didn't actually ship for a full business week. They had shipping delays which happens but would've been nice to have a warning that shipments would be delayed due to a surge. I had to reach out to them to get any kind of update. Not sure when the surge happened but that's it. I fully intend to get the bong xl 2022 version with premium ash catcher soon. Tl;dr: Bong version 2022 with ash catcher is a perfect 5-star. Absolutely love it. 4-star just due to logistics.

Love all your products. Third replacement I've ordered (all my mistakes with breaking them). First replacement coil I've ever had have issues, but customer service was able to assist me promptly.
