Gave it one star because I cant give it 0. Ordered on December 17th for Christmas and have yet to receive the item. Have sent numerous emails and they have failed to respond or give me my money back like asked.

I ordered a product as a gift of December 18th and paid for expiration shipping, I have yet to receive my product and despite many emails to customer service I have yet to receive a call/email back to discuss this issue. I would not recommend ordering from the company as this has been a terrible experience. No customer service number to call is absurd, all you can do is email and pray that they respond....but don't hold your breathe. I ordered my pipe on December 11th and haven’t received it. It feels like a scam.

The item was poorly constructed. The top fell off. Top fell off all three I bought… The only way to fall apart, but it started leaking almost instantly. It was great for a few dabs. Then it fell apart… I feel as if I wasted my money.
