The cooling chamber works well. The honeycomb slide helps keeping the burn balanced and avoids hard pulls. The delivery was on time with stated timeframe. My only critique is that the bong design doesn’t allow much space for inserting ice for an even cooler smoking experience.

Mini Bong works great, very smooth as advertised. The packaging for the bong looks splendid (although the glue that holds one of the side panels on fell off almost immediately…). I wish I would’ve known the ash catcher that came with the flower kit holds a 18mm bowl, unlike the mini bong (it holds a 14mm). So the mega bowl I ordered I can’t use with the ash catcher which sucks. I also wish the packaging for the ash catcher and mega bowl was the same as the bong for travel purposes but sadly it wasn’t. All in all great brand, great product, but they could do better!

Easy ordering process, device came quickly and was easy to use.

Good product. You guys have been better at documentation on how to clean recently so that is good. I would recommend start shipping items with the cleaner stoppers you've introduced recently.

Incredible product but seem to have some issues in the ordering/ order fulfillment areas. It offered a product late in the checkout process which I agreed to buy but then it did not get put on the order. The other item I did order didn't make the order but the company fixed the problem as soon as I reported it.

I broke the coil in an hour but because it was made so sturdy, it made glueing back together very easy. The glycerin inside safe btw, be careful and enjoy your freeze.

This piece was fire. Had it for a short time though. As I was retrieving it from the freezer I tapped the female end on the door and it broke. Prior to that I must say this piece was a winner..
