My order took 19 days to get here, and that’s not even the problem.I contacted two of freezepipe emails on getting and update on my order/shipping and didn’t hear anything from customer service till my package was already delivered.

The time between order and actual shipment took almost 2 weeks from the date I received tracking information. Luckily I received the item that was intended as a Christmas gift on time. It was very tight window that could have been a big issue.

It's a beautiful pipe, however after leaving it in the freezer as long as 24 hours and trying different nugs it still doesn't cool the smoke as expected which is disappointing.

I made my purchase on blàck Friday and 2 weeks later I'm like where is my pipe?. After I emailed them I got nothing back for almost a week then my pipe showed up.It looks like a great tool but communication on or around a big sale could have been huge but at least I got my pipe thanks!.

The shipping label was printed same day but it took two+ weeks to actually ship. Products are quality though. This company could do a better job of articulating processing and delivery times on the website.

Well, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size and I asked if there was a way I could send it back to you and get the right size and that I would pay the difference and was told to just order the proper size at your site.
