My little glass bong gave a much smoother smoke than their ice pipe. I reached out to customer service to ask for refund and I was told that if it was used there would be no refund. Do not bother trying it. Unless you don't care about customer service.

Terrible customer service. Order 2 to 3 day shipping. 6 days later, they keep blaming on the ups. Guy not picking up the package. Yeah, I call b******* Also I hear It just clogs. It's a gimmick, don't waste your time if you can even get it shipped.

I have contacted the company over 6 times with email and phone calls. I don’t appreciate being called a liar, when telling them the USPS doesn’t have it. I do not appreciate being told oh it was shipped; I promise you will get it Tuesday or Wednesday. IT has now been over 2 weeks since I ordered the pipe. I feel that it was only found (finally was shipped last night) when I told them if I did not have it Tuesday or Wed (today) that I would call and turn in a fraud charge with my credit card on them. They can’t be counted to tell the truth or even follow up on email. IT took 6 days to reply and their reply time sucks. I am truly sad that I was duped by a company in the US. The fact is even if the pipe is fantastic the bitter taste from your customer service will never go away. A truly pissed off customer and wishing I would never have ordered.

The bong is well made that being said The wait times was forever Communication within the company suck ass The quality of the glass is so trash that the bong can't hit anything even slightly without something breaking its absurd And the hits only nice for the first 10 mins then you gotta throw it back into the freezer even with the koozie Atleast for me this product was awful and not worth it at all

I got the GBT and it DIDN'T WORK FOR ME!!!!! It did freeze up quickly but didn't last long. Froze it over night and was same. Didn't cool tokes at all.

Cheap build quality along with very unique and not universal pieces. If one thing breaks you have to buy their $80 attachment to resume normal schedule. The bowl attachment I got to replace my bubbler is useless. Air leaks and very harsh hit. After roughly $250 and only 1.5 months of use I’ve given up on this company… over priced along with cheap quality while making you buy from them only.

This company is a joke. Terrible products with even worse customer service reps. It took 12 business days to deliver and was advertised to arrive in 5 or less It is clear when you talk to them that they've spent a lot of effort into covering their bottoms. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. These are the only people selling this gimmicky trash for a reason.
