Good smoke, just worried im going to break it.

Have an issue with ash catcher, bowl you gave me doesnt fit too long bottom out on catcher tube , anyway to fix this myb shorter stem to seat on it better no draw way it is

Wrong piece initially and it seems like every time I pay for fast shipping there's more delays than if I ship normally. But they responded and sent the correct piece eventually. Regardless the pieces themselves are top tier and you won't get better quality elsewhere

I unfortunately received a broken pipe. THANKFULLY I got the shipping insurance. I highly highly recommend. One thing I wish they would work on is how fragile they are. It doesn’t take much to break at all! Just a small tap with a lighter broke the end. I mean a SMALL tap. I love the pipes I just wish they were a little more durable.

Had a little trouble finding the exact product I wanted, but the honeycomb glass bowls are worth the trouble. I knew if I couldn't find them I could call Freezepipe and they would find it for me. Thanks!

I got pretty grumpy and they solved it fairly quickly without issues or backlash. I totally love what I ordered, only reason 4 stars is because it's a total pain in the ass to clean with no real way to dump the gunk out, have to clean it a very VERY specific way.

I enjoy my mini dab rig and enail. I'm so happy to finally get one and some of my friends like it to. Yes, Freeze Pipe is worth it to buy. If you like using ice in your bongs, this is probably the easiest way to go. No more ice to buy and constantly dumping the water out to start over.
