I bought this for my husband ,,,,,he says "its alright , but I thought it would be cooler and the freeze would last longer.."...he "says its cooler than a regular pipe , and does help a little" , . he's very critical of everything, Laurie

I like the piece a lot but pretty annoyed at how quickly it clogs. I find myself needing to clean it every other day. Probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The extra glass bowl arrived cracked. Not broken and still works just has a hairline crack around the circumference of the top lip of the bowl. Other than that awesome product.

They gave me a code for 40% off when I believe they should have replaced my bing I did nothing to the bong but use it as it was instructed and now there is a big crack from just putting the freeze coil in the base which is gonna weaken the glass All together until it breaks

I hate the fact that the could break every time i put them in the freezer, any suggestions? What am I doing wrong? Did I get defective products?

The product itself is good as long as you can clean it, but don’t bother spending extra on delivery because it takes for ever to get your order.

Shipping took longer than expected. No item was on back order, yet it took over a week to ship. it seems like they only ship one day of the week and if they don't ship it out, you'll have to wait another week. That's the only compliant I have, everything else is great. The piece work as advertised. It's now one of my favorite pieces.

Was suppose to get it before Christmas. Took almost a week from the time a label was created to the time someone got my item to the delivery service. Then I sent an email asking about it. Never heard from anyone until it was out for delivery 3 days after Christmas. Was refunded my expedite shipping I paid for on top of it. Order another on the 19th & got that a day before my 13th order! Like the product though
