I've ordered from this company before, and don't get me wrong, the product is fantastic. The issue I have is that after ordering and selecting two day shipping, my product still hasn't even shipped yet. Keep in mind, it has been two weeks since I placed my order. After contacting customer service, all I was told was that they were experiencing high order volumes and it would take longer that expected. I understand that, but I paid an excessive amount just for the two day shipping and they didn't even offer to refund it or find another solution. I'm out a ton of money because I paid for a service that they aren't providing. As of now, I still haven't received any updates on my order.

The first pipe I had leaked glycery all over but I was sent a replacement. When using the pipe does not really cool the smoke. Maybe the path through the frozen material is too short? The bowl does not fit snug. The gasket should be flat. It needs a screen but the glass is too slippery to properly insert one

Bong arrived on time and works, but after some use it becomes dirty and is very difficult to keep clean, while it looks fancy and impressive, actually not that practical for regular use. In addition I am outside of the US and was hit with a $100 import fee months later, not the distributors fault but wish it had been made clear when checking out.

If it weren't for a unique product, never give your company a second thought. Delivery and processing were awful. That is after a customer service agent intervened and told me product would go out that day. Four days later it shipped. Slight defect in the item, but so disgusted that I didn't bother going further.

The small bulb attachment was broken. I didn’t have a picture of the items so I will have to order a new one.

When the pipe was frozen before use (which is the point), it caused me to develop a chronic coughing and congestion issue. When I use it without freezing it first, I do not experience these side-effects. It took me over a month to realize that freezing the pipe caused this issue.

The product is very well made. The function is just okay, not great. Putting the bowl in and out is inefficient and kind of cheap (bowl is cheaply made). I will still cough sometimes. Honestly, it's not much better than a regular glass piece. Sorry.
