Ordered for my fiancé for his birthday. This is the 3rd product I have ordered from Freeze pipe and I am always pleased with not only the quality of the product, but the delivery always being on time as well as the service being amazing. I will forever be a customer.

This company and their team are top notch. It took a minute for my item to ship, but when it did it arrived per the delivery time. They forgot my e-nail. Contacted them and they had one in the mail immediately. Their pieces are second to none. Good thick quality glass, sturdy bases, and beautiful percolating. Can't wait to order a big one for flower.

My new favorite piece. Decent price compared to similar products from competitors and good customer service. Only thing that sucks is they use UPS and UPS BLOWS. Even when you pay for expedited shipping (says 2-4) business days, it'll be 4 or 5 (at least with my local UPS distribution center). Add on the time it takes for them to ship out your order (3 business days from when I ordered until UPS had it in hand) shipping takes a while. It's honestly not that big a deal, but I know that bothers a lot of people (especially when most places ship out same day with 2-3 day shipping). I've had a relatively positive experience regardless, and will definitely be going back to get a new piece in the future.
