Great company. Excellent products.

Just replacing a broken coil cause ya know it can. Customer service was helpful if assisting me with finding the replacement part I was looking for and that I was getting their best deal. Then the replacement coil came carefully and expertly packed. Thanks again for another excellent experience.

Easy to clean, easy to use, great hits for my medical concretrates, use code Joey for 10% off

Was a good experience, shipping times are still bit long (3 weeks or so) but that’s expected in this climate today. My only complaint is that the piece arrived broken. I have since emailed Customer Service for replacement and awaiting response. UPDATE: They made exchanging my broken piece with a new one completely painless and extremely fast. Couldn’t be happier with how turned out.

Free replacement piece!!

Great product! Sent email to customer service about tracking and got a quick response. Also packaging was very very sturdy. Will recommend

Amazing product and company Would use again and again

Your customer service has been excellent. You identified the issue with my Pipe and you replaced the faulty part of my Freeze Pipe without me even asking. The Freeze Pipe works great with the new configuration of the coils.
