Order was late even though I paid for priority shipping. Customer service got in touch with me after the holidays. Product works great though.

No communication. Sent several emails. Finally had to post on Facebook to get a response. Ordered on December 15th for Christmas gift, took almost 6 weeks to receive.

The order took way to long to receive. I think ur company shud send directions on how to use ur product

I ordered my Freezepipe on December 19th, with an expected delivery date of 5-7 business days. I was not contacted by customer service until January 9th, and did not receive my product until January 19th. I understand that shipping delays happen, but I found this excessive. I like the product, but found the customer service lacking.

I placed my order on 12/18/2023 and it was delivered on 12/24/2023. Not bad! I placed another order on 12/28/2023 and to date (1/27/2024) it has NOT been delivered. What was once a happy customer is now pretty pissed off!

I had to wait over 2 weeks before the order shipped. Despise using the promo code for a free coldstone that was emailed to me, it was not sent with the first order and I had to request (and argue) for it to be sent.

My product is great, we love the smooth draw it brings. And it greatly reduces the harshness on my lungs. I wasn’t happy about how long it took to ship. I understand it being holiday time but the length to me wasn’t satisfactory. I do appreciate the customer service being on top of communication.

Delivery took far longer than advertised on the site. Packaging looks great and seems to have arrived intact although it is a gift so no other review possible yet.
