Product is excellent. My only issue was that I ordered the item with express shipping for extra cost, which was supposed to be delivered in 2-4 days. The item ended up being back ordered and took several weeks to arrive. Freeze Pipe did not initially communicate the delay or explain the reason until I emailed a few times. Also I would have expected them to refund the expedited shipping fee but it wasn't and I'm not going to demand it. The product itself is great. I will give them a break since this was my first experience with them and hopefully they will improve delivery and communication in the future.

Your shipping and the amount of time it took for it to be shipped out with no response for bout a week made your business feel very sketchy. The product is very nice but the bowl is cheap and mine broke the very first time using it. If it weren't for the prouduct being a very nice to use this woulda been a 1 star review. Change up your shipping and information better and this could well be a 4-5 star.

Ordered my pipe before Christmas, got an email a couple days later, saying that my pipe is on the way if it hasn’t already arrived. Waiting a couple more weeks, went an email asking about my order and they said it was still being processed, and offered me a 15% discount to purchase more items. ( I wonder how long that would have taken) Sent another email asking for a ETA and they said they did not have one yet. It took over a month to get the product, product is good, only way to get ahold of customer service is through email and wait for a reply. Need to offer a phone number for your customers to contact you.

I paid for express shipping and it showed up 3 weeks late. No attempt to refund the additional shipping costs. Just offered me coupons for 10% off. I can find that online and through podcasts. Feels disrespectful and bad customer service. Likely not going to be a returning customer because of this experience

Improve logistics especially pre-Christmas. I was getting emails about already receiving the pipe, yet it hadn't even been shipped. Only the label was printed. Failed at being a Christmas present.

I love the pipe and how it works. How ever I was sold a cozy that is totally non functional. Contacted customer service and was told it's just the way it is. With the cozy on the pipe the feet don't touch the surface so the pipe will fall over any time your not holding. Everyone loves their bowl tipping over after hitting it. :(

I ordered on the 29th of December and still have not even received an email to say that it has shipped and it is the 12th of January. I emailed them and they responded 3 days later with: "We genuinely apologize for the delay in processing your order, which is a result of an unforeseen spike in holiday demand. Rest assured, our team is hustling to get all shipments out as swiftly as possible. Best regards," I find it ironic that they want me to buy more products when I still have yet to receive what I already ordered. UPDATE: I was just notified that it delivered today 1/29/2024, but I did not receive a response from their customer service when I asked what was going on, and I never received an email telling me the order had even shipped out.

The concept is solid gold. The execution on the specific pipe I purchased is a bit flawed. Affecting my overall experience. An issue is the bowl insert not making a seal around the bowl. Making it difficult to pull. The mistake I made was not getting a bong or bubbler. The standard pipe doesn’t allow enough space to cool the smoke enough for me to not cough. I do believe this specific issue is due to how I smoke. In the future I will be upgrading to either a bong or bubbler. I’m disappointed this piece hasn’t seen more use. Again, the concept is Ace. Truly. Like the man said “sometimes the right idea is sitting right behind the wrong one.” Flaws aside, I’m still a fan and look forward to my next piece!
