Had multiple shipments arrive broken, months later I finally have all the replacements I purchased and none are broken and I received no discounts or deals only “I’m sorry I’ll send another one that you paid for already”. Would have expected after so many breaks and so much time and hassle for customer service to be a little bit more than bare minimum.

The glycerin chamber was cracked when I picked it up it leaked that goopy stuff out all over the rest of the peices

I ordered on 11 Oct. My delivery was 17 Oct but was the wrong item. I emailed you right away and it took 2 days for you to get back. You created my replacement label on the 20th but didn't ship until the 31st. I got my correct order on the 5 Nov. Totally unacceptable. In my business dealings with your company I have found that your products are excellent and seem to be a good value but your logistics suck. To the point that I will probably not do business with you any longer.

Unfortunately, when I dropped the freezepipe from a short distance to the floor, the piece that holds the bowl broke. This is a much weaker, more brittle piece of glass than the rest of the pipe, which suffered no damage. Since this piece is permanently attached to the body of the pipe, it is unusable. Customer service offered nothing. To add insult to injury, I also ordered the Steamroller, which I was supposed to receive on September a week ago, still hasn’t been received by the carrier.

The Recycler bong broke not even 30 days of having it. I did a lot of research before I bought this kind of a let down with the talk up freeze pipe did with this bong
