The glycerin coil gets clogged very easily to the point of stopping the flow of air . Happened on one of my first uses .

Order was late. Ordered December 14 received January 3rd. Took way to long just to get them to ship product. No reason orders should not ship within 2 days after companies receive payment

Agree with other reviewers on horrible communication and shipping practices. 4x emails over the past 15 days have gone unresponded to. I have filed a fraud claim with my credit card company. No longer interested in supporting this company or its products.

I ordered and paid for a pipe two weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I have contacted customer service about when it would ship or possibly getting a refund and I have recieved no response to any of the messages.

I ordered for Christmas and the shipping label wasn’t created until 12/20, I ordered on 12/16. Not a big deal, it still could have gotten to me. It’s not 01/02/2023 and the shipping label being created is the ONLY thing that has happened. I’ve tried to contact the company in both ways they have (email and text) and no one has replied. If I don’t get an update soon I’ll be contacting my bank to get my money back and going elsewhere.

I experienced horrible shipping times. My product sat for over a week. Not sure why it took so long to get to me.

Placed an order for a bubbler pro and it was never delivered. Tracking number says that the shipping label has been created. Unfortunately, I paid for express shipping too. They sent an email asking if I received my order and that if I didn’t I should email customer service. However, customer does not respond to those emails. Don’t trust this company.

Shipping label created on Dec. 20th. 10 days later and it still has not moved. Looks like I'm not alone. They have great products so it's a shame they're too incompetent to get them shipped. I understand it's a busy time of year and there's been weather but there is ZERO excuse why the item isn't at least in UPS' possession by now. Strongly considering contacting the police. They've essentially stolen my money.
